# Jensen Consulting

> A delivery consultancy for commerce — Ecommerce, Dropshipping, and Marketplaces, B2C and B2B. We embed as project managers, business analysts, and business architects, end to end through go-live and beyond. We don't provide development services.

Jensen Consulting is a founder-led firm established in 2019. We run the delivery end to end — we just don't write the code.

## What we do

We join commerce projects as project managers, business analysts, and business architects. We set strategy, define requirements, prototype the experience, manage the build, and stay through go-live and the operations support that follows. Everything except writing the code.

We are not a software house and we don't employ developers. We'll join any custom development project, on any stack, and direct it.

- **Ecommerce** — Online stores and the platforms behind them, from re-platforming to a new flagship build.
- **Dropshipping** — Catalogue, supplier integration, and fulfilment flows that hold up as you scale.
- **Marketplaces** — Multi-seller platforms — supply, demand, and the operating model that connects them.

1. **Strategy** — Business case, product strategy, and roadmap. Typical length: 3–6 weeks.
2. **Product ownership** — Roadmap and backlog governance, scope decisions. Ongoing or per release.
3. **Project management** — Delivery plan, risk and dependency tracking, vendor management. Per project or ongoing.
4. **Requirements definition** — User stories, acceptance criteria, scope baseline. 2–5 weeks.
