# From strategy to go-live

We're a consultancy for commerce teams — Ecommerce, Dropshipping, and Marketplaces, B2C and B2B. We join your delivery as project managers, business analysts, and business architects, end to end through go-live and beyond. Everything except writing the code.

## What we are

We run the delivery, end to end — we just don't write the code.

Jensen is a consulting firm for commerce. We embed in your project as project managers, business analysts, and business architects — setting strategy, defining requirements, prototyping the experience, managing the build, and staying through go-live and the support that follows.

We're not a software house and we don't employ developers. We'll join any custom development project, on any stack, and direct it — we simply leave the keyboard to the people whose job it is.

1. **Strategy** — Where the product should go and why — the business case, the model, and a roadmap your board and team both believe.
2. **Product ownership** — Someone to hold the roadmap and the backlog when delivery is under pressure — keeping the build pointed at outcomes.
3. **Project management** — The plan, the dependencies, the risks, and the vendors — run by someone whose only job is getting it delivered.
4. **Requirements definition** — Turning intent into something a team can build — user stories, acceptance criteria, and the edge cases everyone forgets.
5. **UX prototyping** — See it before you build it — flows, wireframes, and clickable prototypes that get decisions made on something real.
6. **Development support** — We direct the build without staffing it — technical oversight and product governance for your team or your vendor.
7. **Operations support** — After go-live is where products are won or lost. We stay on through launch and beyond — monitoring what matters, triaging what breaks, and feeding it straight back into the roadmap.

3. **Support** — Through go-live and after, we stay for operations support — and leave you a running product and a team that can keep it running.
